Cox Ranch

Located at the west end of the Pajaro Valley, the Cox Ranch is a prime irrigated row crop ranch that has a cool coastal climate, prime Pacheco soils, and a reliable source of water from the Pajaro Valley Water District.

Extending from Trafton Road to the south levee of the Pajaro River, the ranch has a level topography and soil that are well suited for strawberries, lettuce, and other fresh vegetable crops. The ranch was leased and sold to a real estate investor as a leased investment.
