John Piini started with Piini Realty in 1975. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute with an MAI designation and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. John specializes in agricultural, acreage, and industrial properties and is qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Courts of Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties

Greg has been active in real estate since joining the company in 2000 after graduating from Hillsdale College with a degree in business finance. Over the years, his focus has been on the appraisal and management side of the business. On the appraisal side, Greg earned his General Certified Appraisal license from the State of California in 2008 and obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2016. Though he appraises all types of properties, agricultural and industrial properties are his specialty. On the management side, Greg oversees numerous multi-family, commercial and industrial properties and always strives to improve what he oversees.
Outside of the office, Greg is an avid cyclist, can spend hours whittling away on a woodworking project, and loves coaching his two kids’ soccer teams!

Chad joined the family business in 2007 where he became attracted to the property management side of real estate; managing anything from single-family residences, multi-family complexes, commercial and agricultural properties. Chad strives to bring a personal approach to the job and enjoys the challenge of juggling the multiple surprises that arise such as turning and filling vacancies, maintenance issues, tenant issues, remodeling projects and all facets of life that come with dealing with different people and different properties.
Recently, Chad has become involved with the valuation side of real estate and is honored to work alongside his father/boss and soak in his vast knowledge from appraising farmland and vineyards all over the Salinas Valley.
A UCSB Gaucho (and graduate), Chad enjoys spending his free time at the beach, multiple physical activities or just relaxing with a good book.

Joe concentrates his work in the Brokerage division of Piini Realty, where he brings years of experience in selling, marketing and leasing every type of real estate, including agricultural, commercial, industrial, residential, and recreational properties. A 2005 graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Joe brings a deep knowledge of business management and an attention to detail to his work that helps his clients achieve their goals and complete successful transactions.
Joe brings an honest and friendly approach to all of his interactions, helping him create trusting relationships with each of his clients. As an active member of the community, Joe has a passion for Monterey County and all it has to offer. Claudia is the Administrative Assistant for Piini Realty. Claudia manages accounts receivables, corresponds with tenants, assists in a wide range of organizational duties and provides support in all areas of property management. Graduated from Hartnell College. Claudia is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to connect with a large Spanish speaking community.Currently residing in Salinas, Claudia loves spending time with her family and friends. On her days off, you will likely find her hiking, biking or out exploring the beautiful Monterey Bay and Coastal surroundings.
