Massera Ranch

The Massera Ranch is a small 30-acre ranch located in the heart of the Blanco District—a farming district known by the local ag community as one of the best growing regions in the area. The ranch has a level topography, rectangular shape and prime Blanco soils but lacked a well. Therefore, this ranch was not offered on the open market. Instead, Piini Realty successfully negotiated with the long-term tenant to acquire the ranch.
